APFYT cover reveal AND big news for The Fallout Duet

Big News!

Did you see the social media announcement yesterday?? The Fallout Duet is coming to audiobook! We’re starting with When Sparks Fly. There are several steps to go, but I’m so excited to be able to bring this story to life in a new way.

For all the details, make sure you’re a part of my broadcast channel on Instagram. I don’t want to flood your inbox, so more timely updates will provided in the chat. Not only will I be announcing narrators soon, but I’ll be telling you more about how you can join us in bringing When Sparks Fly to listener ears!

A Penny For Your Thoughts

SURPRISE! A Penny For Your Thoughts is available for preorder!!

And just TAKE A LOOK AT THIS GORGEOUS COVER! Alex at Novel & Navy Designs did an amazing job running with the details I gave her. She’s going to be completing the entire Bull Creek series of covers and they are going to be a knockout set when they’re done!!

So what’s going on with A Penny For Your Thoughts? I’m editing based on beta feedback (which was so overwhelmingly good, I can’t even tell you!) and then sending the manuscript to my amazing editor, Megan. This story is so special, in a way that I did not anticipate. My alpha and beta readers have all eaten it up. Knowing that the deep subjects are hitting exactly how I was hoping - and then some - is incredibly motivating. I can’t wait to have this out for readers to dive into.

You can still sign up for an ARC with LoveNotes PR.

What else?

I’m working on my two holiday novellas that I’m hopeful to get out this year! I don’t want to spoil too much right now, but you can expect quite a bit coming up on them. There are four in the series and I’m currently working with a designer on all of the covers. I can’t WAIT to share. They’re going to be so fun.

Plus, don’t forget that Rage Is My Love Language: A Queer Feminine Rage Anthology supporting The Trevor Project is coming out on the 20th!

Coming soon!

Outplayed by Mina Myles is coming July 18th! There’s still time to sign up for ARCs but you better hurry if you want in on this one!

Her hypothesis is about to meet its match.

As a Psychology major and research enthusiast, Eliana thrives on solving problems. A null result? She runs another test. A broken code? She rewrites it. But when she’s assigned to tutor a particularly difficult student, she realizes some problems can’t be solved with data alone.

On the ice, Jake Keeley is a cocky sports star with an NHL contract on his doorstep. But in his highly academic family, he’s the odd one out. Now, he’s a few fails away from flunking Psychology 101, and being benched for the season — unless he accepts some help.

As Jake’s tutoring sessions disrupt Eliana’s carefully balanced schedule, research, and even her relationship status, she realizes he isn’t another problem to be solved. Jake wants to help. And that might be the biggest challenge of all.

Outplayed is a first person, dual POV hockey romance with forced proximity, fake dating, and opposites attract.

Truths and Lies

I don’t know about you, but I love a good road trip book for the summer. Bretta Elaine’s newest book, Truths and Lies, happens to have one! It’s book 3 in her Willow Hill series. If you’re a fan of one bed, forced proximity, and a musician MMC you need to check this one out!

How was I supposed to know that my best friend, Belinda, was going to spill life-shattering family secrets at a funeral?

Or that the truth bomb that she dropped was that the deceased’s ridiculously handsome son, Griffin, was actually her son. Oh, and he had no clue that he was adopted.

Not the time or the place. Did I mention it was his mother’s funeral?

Yeah, so I might have yelled at Belinda. But who wouldn’t?

People don’t just go around airing out dirty laundry like that without getting yelled at afterwards. It’s common sense.

My guilt trip might have gone a little too far because days later Belinda had fled town, leading me to do one of the most irrational and irresponsible things I’ve ever done.

A road trip to find her with Griffin, a complete, albeit hot, stranger, who is less than pleased to be joining me, but has his reasons for wanting to find her as well.

Let’s just say the road trip got off to a bumpy start. But soon the tension between us melts as we turn up the heat, taking us from strangers on a joint mission to something else completely.

Now I’m torn between the two most important people in my life as they clash at every twist and turn as we attempt to unravel lies from the past.

Pride Recs for Pride Month!

If you’re still looking for recommendations for this month (OR ANY TIME) I have a whole list of potentially new-to-you reads.

I also have thread where you view images and trope cards, and all of the books that were shared for this call.

That’s all for now! You’re the best. Thank you for being here.

XOXO, Amanda
