And that’s a wrap…

I can’t believe we’ve already reached the end of the year!! This one has been one for the books, personally, and after a REALLY hard 2023, I’m running with my 2024 wins. Becoming a published author and fulfilling my childhood dream takes the cake.

I know these next couple of weeks are often incredibly busy, and STRESSFUL, for many of us. My family has been sick essentially since Thanksgiving but I think we are mostly on the up (I hope!) so I’m looking forward to spending some quality time together and getting some reading and writing in!!

That said, don’t forget your mental health during this time. 

You are not required to accept what people give you, and I’m not talking gifts. And despite what many may believe, the holidays are not “supposed” to be stressful. It’s not always easy for other people to hear that you need to create a boundary for mental health, but that’s for them to unpack.

Meanwhile, When the Smoke Clears is with beta readers! I’m already getting feedback and it has been so great! I can’t wait to share the completion of Maci and Sutton’s story with you! I initially thought the two books would be about the same length, but book two is going to be a little longer. Don’t worry, you’re going to love it all!

If you didn’t see, release has been set for March 6th! The ARC application is open! I am requiring that ARC readers be familiar with book one because this is a continuation, so applicants will need to link their book one review.
