Happy Thanksgiving

It’s crazy to believe we’re already at the point for Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, and jumping into holiday shopping. My grandparents have already started shipping gifts to my house! 😮 At least we’re past mauling each other over Tickle-Me Elmos, right? 😆 

If you’re someone who celebrates Thanksgiving, I hope you have a happy, safe week! I will be carting my four kiddos halfway across the country to spend the holiday with my in-laws. My husband is one of seven, so this is always a big event for us. I’m not a big fan of turkey, but all those casseroles! 😋 What’s your favorite holiday dish?

The Fallout Duet

When Sparks Fly, has been live for over a week! What?! Thank you so much to everyone who has helped along the way! Reading, reviewing, posting your content, sharing, liking, everything that you’ve done to help this book get to where it is. The reception has been wonderful and I’m looking forward to traction growing for it as we near the release of book two.

I am almost done with the first draft of When the Smoke Clears. It is SO crazy to think that in January I thought, “Let me see what happens with this story that’s been sitting on the shelf for ten years,” and now I’ve nearly completed two books in a year!

As you may know, the first draft is just the beginning of the work that needs to be done, and my alpha readers have been incredibly helpful in this stage of the process. I’ll be taking a brain break for the holidays and then diving in to self-edits before sending the book to my amazing beta readers in December.

We are on track for a March release of the book. The preorder is live! That said, it’s currently set for March 31st and I hope to move it forward and announce the exact date in March in the coming weeks.
