In the writing cave. Sort of.

Moving is the pits! It reminds me somewhat of the post-baby fog, if any are familiar. I feel like I’m coming out of it, and to celebrate I have so much to share with you - including some sneak peeks and freebies!

The majority of April really got away from me with the move. There were several things that took far longer than anticipated - hello, making a second trip to Florida for things we couldn’t get on the first round. But I’m finally making some progress with writing again and It. Feels. Amazing!

Bull Creek Series

I am just over halfway through the first draft of Bull Creek book one. If you haven’t guessed it by the teasers, Leah is our FMC this time around! My alpha readers already have access to the first half of the story and their feedback has been so great so far. I don’t think I’m entirely capable of writing a simple, sweet love story, so be prepared that this one is going to definitely pull at your heart strings!

Because I’m feeling good about where things are at with the book, I’m ready to give you the title and the release date!! So check out socials next week on Wednesday for the big reveal!

Other Works

• I’m anticipating having my short story for the Rage Is My Love Language anthology back from editing next week. The anthology is available for preorder, and I’ll be sharing my short with you prior to release! All proceeds from sales will benefit The Trevor Project.

• My two holiday novellas are coming along. I’ll be diving into them as soon as this first draft is completed. (In addition to The Fallout Duet, and Bull Creek #1, I’m hoping to have the Halloween novella available for preorder for anyone attending Books & Bourbon Spooky Soiree!)

• I’ll be sharing the title of my book included in the Garden of Desire series the first week of June. The series is a set of books contributed by different authors, of various lengths and darknesses. They will all be open door romance and have a flower as an important theme or symbol within the book. Mine is the Forget-me-not!

This one has been in the works for a bit, and I’m so excited to share my newest character art for When Sparks Fly! Eva Gizelle did an amazing job creating what I was looking for. I’ll be sharing on socials tomorrow, but had to share to my favorites first.
